A Message from Collin Prock, OSCO Controls General Manager

As we approach the close of another remarkable fiscal year, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the trust you place in OSCO Controls. Your partnership continues to drive our innovation, challenges our capabilities, and inspires us to deliver solutions that help your operations run more efficiently and effectively.

This year has been defined by collaboration. Many of our most successful projects came from working closely with customers to solve unique operational challenges. From custom control integrations to highly specialized automation solutions, these partnerships reinforce what makes OSCO different our ability to listen, adapt, and engineer solutions tailored to real-world applications.

One example of this collaborative approach can be seen in our work as an integration partner on complex lifting and automation systems. Through projects like those highlighted in our recent case studies, OSCO has continued to demonstrate how advanced controls, system integration, and thoughtful engineering can transform equipment performance and reliability. These projects reflect the creativity and dedication of our team as well as the trust our customers place in us to deliver innovative solutions.

In addition to supporting customer projects, OSCO has continued expanding our internal software and AI development capabilities this year. Working closely with our parent company, Autoquip, our team has developed a number of tools designed to improve operational visibility, streamline production processes, and enhance equipment support.

These internally developed tools are helping Autoquip improve efficiency across manufacturing, sales, engineering, and service. More importantly, they demonstrate how OSCO’s control engineering expertise can extend beyond equipment into custom digital solutions that support complex operations.

Some of the tools we developed this year include:

Order Process Tracker

A system that tracks equipment through the production process from welding and assembly to testing and supervisor review providing real-time visibility into manufacturing progress.

ASK AUTO – Powered by Autodocs Engineer

An AI-powered troubleshooting assistant designed to help technicians quickly diagnose equipment issues by asking questions such as “Why won’t the lift move?” and referencing engineering documentation.

Quote Follow-Up Tracker

A quoting workflow tool that helps sales teams track opportunities during the quotation phase, automatically follow up on outstanding proposals, and gather customer feedback on project feasibility.

Parts Lookup System

A parts identification platform that allows users to quickly locate replacement components and generate part number lists for equipment. Future development may include direct online purchasing capabilities.

While these tools were developed to support Autoquip’s operations, they reflect a broader capability within OSCO: the ability to design and build custom software and control solutions that solve real operational challenges.

As we look ahead, we are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with our customers in new ways.

If there are areas within your operations where greater transparency, automation, troubleshooting support, or workflow management could improve efficiency, we would welcome the opportunity to explore what we can build together.

On behalf of the entire OSCO team, thank you for your partnership and trust throughout this year. We look forward to continuing our work together and delivering even more innovation in the year ahead.

Sincerely,

Collin Prock, GM
