Year End Letter From OSCO Controls General Manager – Collin Prock

To Our Valued Customers,
As we reach the closing of another successful fiscal year, I want to express our gratitude to all our valued customers. Your support and trust in us as your controls partner has been instrumental in our journey.

This past year has been incredibly fulfilling, marked by numerous achievements that underscore our commitment to tailoring solutions, streamlining processes through automation, and seamlessly integrating projects.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
OSCO Controls was awarded major projects this year that involved connecting and integrating our controls to warehouse equipment including Freight Lifts, Storage/Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), Robotics and AGVs. We leveraged our controls expertise to seamlessly execute the interconnection of these multiple systems for a successful warehouse automation.

Our reputation for seamlessly integrating multiple systems has attracted a growing number of customers seeking our expertise to manage their large-scale projects. Notably, we served as the integrator for a leading manufacturing company embarking on a transformative journey to implement new automation processes into their daily operations.

We made our debut appearance at MODEX 2024, the premier trade show in the material handling industry, from March 11-14. We had a great time engaging with visitors to our booth discussing ways we can help them achieve their automation goals by integrating our controls systems with a variety of material handling equipment, conveyors, robotics, AGVS and more.

We ended our fiscal year with a bang from our parent company, Autoquip Corporation announcing the acquisition of German based company, J.A. Becker & Söhne. The company specializes in highly engineered and heavy-duty lifting technology and high-pressure industrial air compressors specially tailored for air, natural gas, and hydrogen. This acquisition not only signifies robust growth prospects but also ensures stability across all our business units, positioning us for a promising future ahead.

EASIEST TO DO BUSINESS WITH

In additions to these major accomplishments, we’ve diligently pursued our mission to become the easiest to do business with, and we’re proud to report significant strides in implementing new processes and tools towards this goal.

• Launch of Autodocs – an innovative new tool that grants access to our customers project documents simply from scanning a QR code that is provided with the panel. AutoDocs allows you to instantly engage with the latest version of your project information, including drawings, manuals, software and any other electronic files.

• We’ve recently invested in a fully automated wire processing center and E-plan system to streamline our panel manufacturing process. This strategic upgrade enhances our efficiency and enables us to consistently meet lead times, thereby delivering greater value to our customers.

Thank you once again for being with us in 2023/24 as we conclude our fiscal year, and we look forward to even more successes together this coming year.

Sincerely,

Collin Prock, General Manager
