Programming Upgrade for Fresh Water Pump System
Challenge
The control systems that operates the pumps to the fresh water supply at a concrete quarry needed a programming upgrade. The team at OSCO was called onsite to assist the customer with their requirements.
Solution
Our team rewrote the logic to address system communication and adjusted the pressure set point of (6) pumps so they would maintain the water flow and pressure required for their mixing process.
Result
