Custom Branch Circuit Protection Control Panel for HVAC Applications
Challenge
A national leader in custom modular chiller units for HVAC applications was looking for a solution to come up with an overall standardization to fit their multiple SCCR value rating and reduce overall inventory cost.
Solution
We designed a custom branch circuit protection control panel that provided the customer a solution to organize and consolidate their needs. By utilizing parts that meet the overall rating and customizing the enclosure sizes for an easy add or take away option this will reduce the customer’s inventory cost. They no longer need to obtain multiple parts for each individual unit and can now capitalize on an overall complete package that we have designed for them.
Result
Through our custom design panel solutions, we were able to deliver a cost savings to our customer and provide a standardization to the panel design that allowed flexibility to simply add or taking away parts as needed for their modular chiller unit.
