Solution

Autoquip developed a pit-mounted engine lift equipped with automated locking pins to secure the platform at various heights. To control these locking pins, OSCO Controls engineered a custom control panel system. This system integrated advanced programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and sensors to monitor and manage the locking mechanisms accurately. The control panel provided real-time feedback, ensuring that the locking pins engaged and disengaged precisely when required, thus maintaining the platform’s stability during engine handling.
