Collin - OSCO Controls

Year End Letter from General Manager – Collin Prock

As we close another fiscal year and enter a new one, I wanted to take a moment to thank all our customers and partners for their support and trust in OSCO. We have had another remarkable year of growth as we continue to expand our controls capabilities, IIoT solutions and the industries we serve.

Below are a few of the benchmarks achieved this past year:

New & Expanding Partnerships

We embarked on new projects for customers in the oil & gas, HVAC, and recycling sectors. This provided a great opportunity for us to create innovative solutions that helped our customers find new ways to simplify their operations and processes. We our committed to developing strategies and initiatives in support of our mission which highlights producing high-quality control solutions for our customers and making the complex, simple.

Turnkey Solutions

We continue to provide turnkey solutions for our customers by offering expertise in system connectivity, automation, programming, and remote monitoring. This expertise is what sets us apart. OSCO Controls is uniquely positioned as a single source provider to help our customer modernize their facilities.

Supply Chain Management

While the global supply chain is still a strain on us all, we have worked diligently to be there for our customers by openly communicating expectations and lead times. This will continue!

Major Milestone

Among many other achievements this past year, one of the most memorable is that OSCO Controls celebrated 30 years in business. We celebrated this milestone alongside our employees, customers, and suppliers who I believe are the foundation of our success. We are excited about the future and look forward to the next 30 years.

What to expect this coming year from OSCO Controls?

Our vision for 2023 captures our mission of being a trusted advisor to our customers, and a company that provides innovative solutions.

Among our priorities for the next year include:

  1. Continue to grow and expand our capabilities, discover new technologies, and expanding our reach nationally and globally.
Investing in our staff through the enhancement of career training and advancement opportunities.
  2. Launch of new web base customer service platform. We will begin to offer our customers the ability to access critical documents related to their orders such as schematics and installation instructions. In addition, they will be able to track shipped orders, identify and locate each part included with the shipment.
  3. Further capital investments in software technology and machinery to help support our long-term goals.

We are excited about the work ahead and eager for the challenges. We know the world of controls technology is constantly changing and we are always looking ahead to modify solutions and improve our products. We strive to get it right, if there is something we can do better, please let us know.
